Maximize.dev is a software venture studio that partners with creators, educators, and mentors to design, develop, and launch SaaS products tailored to their audiences. We handle ideation, development, and growth, while our partners bring subject matter expertise and distribution.


2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding contracts. By using Maximize.dev, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.


3. Partnership Model

Maximize.dev enters into equity-based or revenue-sharing partnerships. Terms of each partnership (such as equity split, deliverables, and timelines) will be governed by separate agreements signed between Maximize.dev and the partner.

  • Maximize.dev does not charge upfront fees for SaaS development.

  • We reserve the right to accept or reject partnership applications at our sole discretion.


4. Services We Provide

  • No-code/low-code SaaS development

  • Go-to-market execution

  • Dedicated growth partner support

  • Ongoing product maintenance and optimization


5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, all software, designs, systems, and related IP developed under the Maximize.dev brand will be co-owned or subject to the terms of the individual partnership agreement. Creators retain rights to their existing content and curriculum.


6. Use of Site

You agree not to misuse Maximize.dev. This includes attempting unauthorized access, copying materials without permission, or interfering with the operation of the site or services.


7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maximize.dev is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or services.


9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
